Application

　Double-flat twin-screw extruder is a special equipment suitable for extrusion of all kinds of PVC powder. With different moulds and auxiliary machines, we can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, sheets, bars and granulation. The screw is cooled by oil cooling system, the barrel is cooled by special air cooling system, and the control system is controlled by special computer. With different formulation requirements of customers, the screw with reasonable structure has reached plasticization. The special NC screw milling machine for bright precision can ensure the high consistency of extrusion performance of each similar extrusion equipment. It is the first to introduce variable pitch and variable depth screw design technology to make the material shear and compression softer in the screw and closer to the actual demand. Distribution box is specially designed. Thrust bearings are especially enlarged. Bearings are imported from the original, with long transmission life and can withstand greater extrusion pressure. The electrical system adopts imported original parts and has many functions of fault alarm. Less malfunction and easy removal. Cooling system design is special, the area of heat dissipation is especially enlarged, the cooling is fast, and the temperature control accuracy can reach (+1 C). Parallel twin-screw extruder has the characteristics of small shear force, especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles and extrusion of large diameter tubes.
