PP-R Aluminum Plastic Tube Extrusion Production Line

The production line of 20-63 PP-R aluminium clad HDPE pipe produced by our factory is reasonable, easy to operate and highly automated. The production line can produce composite pipes of 20-63 and other specifications.

Extruder: branded speed control system, barrier type screw for PP-R mixing, slotting barrel.

The sizing part is made of stainless steel plate by vacuum negative pressure setting and circulating water cooling.

Drawing part: Using pneumatic clamping and brand frequency conversion speed regulation, the stable traction of pipe can be realized.

Forming part: with forming and composite technology, pipe is reasonably combined.

Automation control: Using Mitsubishi PLC programmable computer control, the program control of extrusion, traction, compound forming and cutting can be realized, and the whole production line (PLD) closed loop can be realized.
