Extrusion line of double-wall bellows
       The specially designed and carefully manufactured (200-600) HDPE/PVC double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion production line has the advantages of high output, stable extrusion and high degree of automation. Extruder: Extruder can be specially designed according to user's raw material conditions. HDPE adopts high efficiency single screw extruder and PVC adopts large flat double or cone double extruder. Mould and auxiliary machine: Molding machine and head have high precision, module interchangeability is good, module cooling mode has two kinds of water-cooling and air-cooling, to ensure the various performance indicators of forming pipe, the whole production line has a high automatic control function.
