Production Line of One Outlet and Two Tubes for PVC
The production line is developed by our company in combination with the technology of Western Europe in the late 1990s. The main machine is SJSZ51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spray shaping table, which avoids the waste phenomenon of one tube adjustment affecting the other tube in production. The automatic single-control double-tractor and cutting machine are integrated with the front double-shaping technology to make the operation more flexible, so that you can appreciate the benefits of single-tube control and double-tube extrusion diameter respectively. From 20 to 63, the extrusion capacity of the extruder can be fully utilized, and even the production of small diameter pipes can achieve extremely high output.
